Responsibilities
- General oversight of program operations. General support for staff, interns, and volunteers.
- Return potential client’s messages
- Assign clients to a program site
- Track each site’s enrollment numbers and manage the wait list when necessary
- Attend community meetings
- Develop community partners to support client needs
- Facilitate case consultation meetings with program staff and interns
- Collect and report outcomes and demographic data
- Coordinate meal services and donations ensuring distributions to each site
- Order and purchase supplies for sites
- Pick up and drop off donations and other site
Qualifications
- Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Social Services, Human Services, Nutritional Services, or similar degree, or related field experience required.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years in program services
- Demonstrates good judgment and has the ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Be driven to succeed, organized, proactive, innovative, responsible, assertive, and flexible
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Have the capacity to effectively and efficiently handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Must be able to work collaboratively with staff, program partners and volunteers
- Must possess a solid understanding of data collection and program evaluation
- Must possess a valid CA driver’s license with clean driving record
