Tax Preparation
Dreams for Change utilizes 2-1-1 San Diego to schedule our tax appointments and help with benefit screening for San Diego and Imperial Counties. Call 2-1-1
Safe Parking Metro San Diego
Dreams For Change has an open referral process at two Safe Parking locations. Please fill out the below form to expedite the process.

Safe Parking County of San Diego
Parking spaces are assigned by referral only through the County’s Homeless Solutions and Equitable Communities outreach teams. Email [email protected]
Safe Sleeping
Walk-up enrollment into the Safe Sleeping Program is not allowed. People can be referred to the City’s Safe Sleeping Program through the City’s Coordinated Street Outreach Program, the San Diego Police Department or by dialing 2-1-1.
